All of our fall harvest coffee has been sold to some great independent roasters, a collection of lodges in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and to our local export partners. If you missed out on our fall harvest not to worry, we are gearing up for the spring harvest which starts in just over a month. This season we will be offering 3 distinct arabica coffees:
- Natural Dried Coffee…Coffee naturally dried in the cherry, resulting in a full bodied coffee with a smooth, lingering finish.
- Fully Washed Coffee…Coffee pulped and washed, resulting in a coffee full of floral and chocolatey notes, with a hint of sweetness.
- Honey Coffee…Coffee pulped and semi-washed, resulting in a full bodied coffee with good acidity and softness, with honey notes on the palate.
