Our first ever coffee cherry pulping was about 30kgs and was done using the hand crank on our pulping machine. A few months later and here is Kingha Coffee pulping about 1000kgs of fresh arabica coffee cherries. This is a large step for our company, as we develop better processing, washing and drying techniques; which leads to a higher quality green bean, a smoother roast and an improved cup score…all of which means you get to enjoy a better tasting cup of coffee.
